What if a conversation could change more than you think?
Often, we consciously know what we want to change, yet we find ourselves repeating the same reactions, habits, and patterns. HNLP explores how those patterns are created and maintained underneath the surface of our awareness.
This training teaches practical conversational skills for helping something different become possible, shifting the focus from 'why' things are the way they are to 'how' you can facilitate meaningful change.
What You’ll Learn
Understand what drives behaviour
Learn to recognise patterns underneath what people consciously say they want.
Have conversations that create change
Learn how questions, language and attention can help someone experience a problem differently and discover new possibilities.
Help shift emotional states
Learn practical ways of working conversationally with stuckness, overwhelm, self-doubt and unwanted emotional responses.
Recognise and interrupt patterns
Understand how patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour are maintained and how new responses can become possible.
Communicate exceptionally well
Develop skills in listening, observation, rapport, language, reframing and noticing what isn’t being said.
Use it in your own life
Apply the learning to your own communication, relationships, choices and patterns as you train.
Who is this for?
