Sessions are conversational, focused and practical. We start with what is happening now, what you would like to be different, and explore the patterns that may be keeping things stuck. From there we work towards practical change.

A standard session is 60 minutes and costs NZ$120. Three-session and six-session options are also available.

Not at all. You don’t need to be comfortable with “therapy” to work with me. My style is conversational, straightforward and practical rather than overly clinical.

What is HNLP Practitioner Training?

It is an internationally accredited training in Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology and practical conversational change. It teaches you how patterns of thinking, feeling, language and behaviour operate — and practical ways to help create change.

No. The training is suitable for people interested in human behaviour, communication, personal development and supporting others.

This is highly experiential training. You’ll learn through demonstrations, discussion, exercises and supervised practice rather than days of lectures. The emphasis is on actually being able to use what you learn.
